For a lot of people, steroids and the WWE go hand-in-hand. It has garnered a reputation for being a company that allows and sometimes encourages its performers to use steroids. These days, however, the WWE has cleaned up its act somewhat. While we can’t say that there is nobody in the WWE using steroids, there are definitely a lot fewer than there used to be. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, a major WWE star turned Hollywood actor, admitted to trying steroids during college. He also underwent gynecomastia surgery, a side effect of steroids, to reduce breast tissue. Despite trying steroids in the past, he claimed not to be using them anymore.
